SepticFind.com is an informational directory provided for general reference purposes only. The Site connects homeowners with local septic service companies but does not itself perform any septic services.

The content on this Site — including cost guides, maintenance articles, and calculators — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering, environmental, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed septic professional for advice specific to your system and local regulations.

We are not a contractor referral service and do not guarantee the quality, availability, licensing, or pricing of any business listed in our directory. Use of information from this Site is at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting quote requests or contact forms
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site
  • Not submit false, misleading, or spam requests through our lead forms

4. Business Listings

Businesses that submit listings to our directory represent that the information they provide is accurate and that they hold all required licenses and permits to operate in their service area. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we determine to be inaccurate or misleading.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEPTICTANKLISTING.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or reliance on information found on the Site
  • The conduct, quality, or performance of any contractor found through our directory
  • Any disputes between you and a listed business
  • Any errors or omissions in our directory listings or content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
